For more than 30 years, the Schiro Law Firm’s practice has focused exclusively on business matters—both transactions and litigation. Some clients view the Firm as their general counsel and look to Dick and his team for representation on topics ranging from drafting shareholder agreements to enforcing contracts in litigation. Other clients are referred to the Schiro Law Firm by other lawyers, accountants, or existing clients for representation in particular matters usually involving litigation.
Regardless of the issue involved or the amount in dispute, the Firm’s guiding principles are prompt responsiveness to client needs combined with quality legal work to achieve preferred results.
Business transactions and commercial litigation are all they do. They litigate in state and federal, trial and appellate courts. Representation in mediation is also an essential component of the Firm’s litigation practice. The goal is to accomplish results protective of the client’s interests. In all these forums, the Schiro Law Firm’s experience, expertise, and dedication to its clients’ interests are essential.
